Chloe had her first dentist visit. She did great, and everything is perfect. She has 20 teeth! They said she should use training toothpaste until she gets used to spitting (which she does half the time). They said it's most important to brush before bed (with parental help), but she can brush her own teeth in the morning. We have to start flossing too, even though they said she has plenty of space between her teeth.
The other thing they mentioned is quitting the paci by age 4 (sooner the better). They said her front teeth are sticking out a little bit from the Paci, but as soon as she stops using one, her teeth will move back to the proper position (as long she kicks the paci habit by age 4).
They do a great job there with kids. I highly recommend
Pediatric Dental Associates . Dr. Warrington and Dr. O'Donnell were my dentists growing up, and they're still there! Chloe saw Dr. O'Donnell today.
