13 weeks

Chloe reminds me of a flamingo in this photo. She is 13 weeks this week, and she has found her voice and loves to talk and yell.

Back from NoVa

We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday with Sean's family, taking Chloe on her first of many road trips. She did well! We made the trip back in record time about 7.5 hours. Chloe slept most of the way home which left us only a couple hours to keep her entertained in the car seat. Overall she did well, although I think she's had enough of the car for awhile.

We had a great time with the fam, and enjoyed a wonderful welcome party for Chloe. This was the first time everyone on the McCracken side got to meet the little one.

Our Little Pumpkin is 12 weeks old

and approximately 14lbs, 24 inches...

Chloe's Christening

Today we had Chloe's Christening at St. Mary's. We were late to the ceremony due to some unexpected traffic. As a result, we had to quickly change Chloe into her dress in the parking lot. Because we were rushing her outfit was barely on during the ceremony. We were able to button one button on her dress, and she had only one bootie on her foot. Luckily she slept the ENTIRE time, bundled up in her blanket.

Three amigos

We had three births this summer/fall in our family. In addition to Chloe & Maya, Scott and Kirsten (Julie's uncle) welcomed Nathaniel Scott Buchanan on 9/24. Nathaniel is the fourth child for Scott & Kirsten. Nathaniel is technically Chloe and Maya's second cousin. We finally got some pictures today of all three babies.

Bath time baby

Bath time is one of Chloe's favorite activities. She appears to LOVE the water, even when I accidentally get soap and suds on her face, she doesn't seem to mind. Maybe this means she'll share her Mom's love for swimming and be a swimmer some day..

9 weeks, soon to be 10!

The little pumpkin is getting bigger! And Chloe would've been a pumpkin for Halloween but it rained, so we stayed in. Maya and Chloe have matching costumes but we haven't taken pictures of them together yet... we're running out of time. :)
