Baby on the move

Little man is on the move, from the minute he wakes up to the minute he goes to sleep. It's no wonder he is such a deep sleeper!

Latest Chloe saying

Chloe was out doing yard work with Sean this weekend, hiding behind the lawnmower (as if she was dodging gun fire).

Sean says "what's wrong?"
Chloe: "I'm hiding."
Sean" "What are you hiding from?"
Chloe:"The buggies"
Sean: "What are the buggies trying to do to you?"
Chloe: "They are trying to take me away."
Sean: "Where are they trying to take you to?"
Chloe: "To the airport."
Sean: "Why are they taking you to the airport?"
Chloe: "To put me on an airplane."
Sean:" Why are they going to put you on an airplane'"
Chloe:"To take me to Grammy and Grandad's house"
(She asks to go to Grammy and Grandad's house at least once a week. We think she made up the story as she went along, knowing she had Sean's attention).

1 week old....

8 month baby

Liam turned 8 months today. Here's the latest:
* He's sleeping great from 8pm to 6/7am (sometimes he's up at 5am but goes back to sleep after eating)
* He's eating meats, yogurt, fruits and veggies
* He's pulling up to a standing position and doing a little furniture walking
* He's crawling, more like a monkey scoot
* He's playing with Chloe
* He's interacting more with all of us
* He loves the dogs and cats

Liam's first haircut

Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Both the kids got a hair cut at Snip Its in North Andover. A great place for kids haircuts.

Welcome Little Tony

Chloe and Liam have a new cousin! Anthony Peter was born 7/7 @ 10:55pm. 7 lbs, 13 ounces and 20 inches.

Mom, Baby, Dad and Maya are all doing great! Congrats Katie, Pete and Maya!

Happy Fourth of July!

It's been a busy weekend!!

Canobie Lake Park on Friday, Crane Beach on Saturday, and swimming in Teresa and Kevin's pool and a BBQ at the Finn's!

Canobie Lake Park

We went to Canobie Lake Park yesterday it was great. Perfect weather not too hot, and not too crowded.

The kids were hanging out by the door while Sean was cooking on the grill. Liam was copying Chloe. Chloe was sitting by the door so Liam crawled over and sat with her.


When I put Liam to bed tonight we watched him on the monitor crawl around his crib checking everything out. Then when he was done alternating pacifiers (he has two in his crib) and crawled back up to the top of the crib (where we put his head down) and fell asleep without a peep!


Chloe is doing awesome on the potty training. Next hurdle is trying to make it through the night without a diaper. She also has started speaking many words in Spanish. Stop, Fast, Colors etc...and her teddy bear (that she sleeps with in her crib) is named "boots the monkey." She really thinks she is Dora. But she also has told me she wants Dora to babysit her. Might be time to cut back on the show.
