Just a few pictures from today.

6 weeks

Not sure where time goes, but Chloe turned 6 weeks today. She had a drs appt last week and she weighs 11 pounds & is 21.25 inches tall. She looks like a gigantic baby next to her cousin Maya, it's hard to believe how fast she's grown in just 6 weeks.

Chloe woke up smiling at me today and luckily I had the camera nearby (what new mom wouldn't!?!?!). This was her first night in the crib (she's getting too big for the bassinet). I think this means she may like sleeping in her crib, I hope.

5 weeks x 2

My sister and I have been totally amazed at how our daughters were born exactly 5 weeks apart (to the day), and how when we got married our weddings were 5 weeks apart.

What's also interesting is that we both had similiar experiences regarding the kick off of labor. In both cases, labor started Sunday afternoon/evening, after getting together for dinner at our Mom & Stepdad's house. So we wonder, what was in the food?! :)

Katie and Pete welcomed Maya (pronounced "My-UH") Catherine Lanzi
at 10:27am this morning. Maya is 7lbs 8oz, 20 inches. She is beautiful, and she has long eye lashes and lots of dark hair. Mom, Dad and baby are doing well.
