The last two weeks

The last two weeks have flown by, with Thanksgiving, and adapting to life with Liam. Chloe loves her baby brother, and holds him constantly, helps with baths, selecting his outfits, and she even gave him a bottle with Nana's help. Chloe says of Liam "he's so cute." She asks for him in the mornings when she first wakes up.

We've been very spoiled with all of the help we've been getting from everyone, especially from Grammie and Nana who have been a tremendously helpful. We can't thank them enough for all that the do for us. It definitely makes life a lot easier while adjusting to expanded family.

Liam is a very good baby so far. He started doing 5-6 hours stretches at 5 days old, and continues to do really well at night . He's gained more than his birth weight back within the first two weeks. When we left the hospital, he weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce but as of last Monday, he weighed 10lbs, 3 ounces and they were very happy with that at the Drs. He barely fits in 3 months clothes!!

Chloe has enjoyed all the attention from her grandparents and aunts and uncles over the past couple of weeks. She is also becoming very independent and tells us that she wants to do everything, "all by myself." She helps to make her meals.
